Hubspot - How do I create a report in my CRM to see my team's call logs?

With the Onoff Business integrations you will be able to generate reports on your CRM with Onoff data and track your teams' performance more accurately.
To do this you can go to the reports section on your CRM. Add an activity filter for your report and use the specific keywords matching the data that interests you.
For example, if you want to create a new report to display the number of outbound calls per agent:
-Go to the reports section > Create new report
-Select 'Activity' and filter activities per subject/title starting with the keyword: "Outbound answered call"
-Segment by 'User'
Depending on the type of visualisation you select, the result will display the number of outbound calls per agent on the given timeframe!
