This guide explains how to verify your email for security and billing, and how account owners can update their primary email address.

How to Use
- Initiate Verification - On your dashboard, look for the yellow warning banner and click the 'Verify Now' button to start the process.
- Retrieve Verification Code - Check your inbox for an email from Onoff Business containing a 6-digit verification code. Note that this code is valid for 5 minutes.
- Enter the Code - Return to the platform and enter the digits into the verification boxes provided in the modal window.
- Submit for Validation - Once the code is entered, click the 'Submit' button to validate your address.
- Confirm Success - A confirmation screen will appear showing that your email has been successfully verified. Click 'Done' to return to your dashboard.
- Change Owner Email - To update your email, go to Profile > My Settings > Email. Enter the new address and click 'Change email'. You will need to re-verify the new address.
