How to Use

1. Access your dashboard - Upon your first login, you will be greeted by a welcome walkthrough and redirected to the management console.

1. Start the validation process - Click on the 'Validate your account' button located in the orange notification banner at the top of your screen.

1. Tell us about your company - Select your business sector from the provided list to help us personalize your administrative experience.

1. Share the tools you use - Identify the internal tools you currently use to help us suggest relevant integrations with Onoff.

1. Upload business registration documents - Provide a valid business registration document (PDF, JPEG, or PNG) that is less than 3 months old.

1. Upload legal representative identity - Provide a clear copy of a Passport, National ID, or Driver's License for the legal representative.

1. Wait for document review - Our team typically processes your documents within 24 working hours. Your status banner will update automatically.

1. Begin using your account - Once validated, you will receive a confirmation email and can start assigning phone numbers immediately.
