Live calls, what are they?
Live Call is an advanced feature available exclusively with the Max offer. It allows you to monitor and join your employees’ ongoing calls in real time, offering powerful oversight and support capabilities.
🗣️ Two ways to join a call
You can choose between two listening modes:
- Join as a Whisperer
Speak privately with your employee during the call. They’ll be aware you joined, and they can hear your guidance — but the external caller won’t.
- Join as a Shadow
Listen in silently. Neither your employee nor the person they’re speaking with will know you’re on the call.
You can switch modes at any time during the call.
🎧 Replay with call recordings
Missed something? Every Live Call is recorded by default. You can revisit the conversation at any time from your call history for better insights or follow-up.
📍 How to use Live Call
- From the management interface
- Go to /live-calls
- If a call is ongoing, you’ll see it in the list along with:
- Call duration
- Participants' names
- You’ll have two options:
- Join as Shadow
- Join as Whisperer
Just click the appropriate button to jump in instantly.
Live Call is ideal for onboarding new team members, supporting difficult customer interactions, or conducting silent audits — all in real time.
