Statistics – User Logs Guide
The Statistics section in Onoff Business gives you full visibility into all call, voicemail, and message activity across your organization — with powerful filters and the ability to export detailed reports.
This feature is available for all plans.
1. What You Can Do in User Logs
From your management interface, in Statistics → User Logs, you can:
- View all call logs, voicemails, and messages made or received by your organization.
- Apply filters to focus on specific users, departments, call directions, time periods, call tags, and more.

Download detailed reports in multiple formats (CSV, XLSX, or PDF).
- Access historical archived reports older than 6 months from the History tab.
User Logs serve as a central place for analyzing activity, auditing communication, and exporting data for your own BI tools, CRMs, or internal systems.
2. User Logs Overview
User Logs contains four tabs:

Shows:
- User
- Department
- Contact number
- Date & time
- Call duration
- Call status (answered, missed)
- Call tags
Filters include:
- Date range (This month, Last month, or custom)
- Departments
- Users
- Call direction
- Call status
- Call tags
- The search bar allows searching by contact number.
Download formats:
- CSV
- XLSX
You can download exactly what you see into a report.

Shows:
- User
- Department
- Contact number
- Date & time
- Voicemail duration
Filters include:
- Date range
- Departments
- Users
- The search bar allows searching by contact number.
Download formats:
- CSV

- PDF
▪ Messages
Shows:
- User
- Department
- Contact number
- Date & time
- Message direction (Sent / Received)
Filters include:
- Date range
- Departments
- Users
- Message direction
- The search bar allows searching by contact number.

▪ History (Archived Reports)
Onoff Business automatically generates a monthly CSV archive containing Calls, Voicemails and Messages all combined into a single file.
This allows access to data older than 6 months, which is no longer available inside the table.
From the History tab, you can:
- Choose a year
- Download the monthly CSV file for any month
This is helpful for annual analytics, audits, or long-term data backups.
3. Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can I download reports for my whole organization?
Yes. All calls, voicemails, and messages can be exported. Filters are optional.
2. Can I automate report delivery by email?
No — automated/scheduled report delivery is not available.
Reports must be downloaded manually.
3. Is historical data accessible?
Yes. You can download monthly archived CSV files from the History tab for any month and year available.
4. Why do I see only 6 months of data in tables?
The table view is limited to 6 months to keep performance fast.
Older data is available only in the History tab.
5. Can I export voicemails and messages separately?
Yes. Each tab has its own export button.
6. What is included in the exported report?
Everything you currently see in the table, including:
- User
- Department
- Date & time
- Contact number
- Status
- Duration
- Tags
…and more, depending on the content type.
7. Can I download multiple formats?
Yes — you can choose between CSV, XLSX, and PDF for each export.
