Filtering Data Across the Interface

You can filter your data in any section of the Administration Interface. Simply navigate to a feature like Members, Statistics, Conversation Insights, or Tags, and use the available filters to narrow down your results.

Searching for Users

Finding a user is easy and can be done in multiple ways:

  • Using the built-in search bar in any feature (Call Recording, Statistics, Users, Numbers, etc.).

  • From the main dashboard, where the global search bar is available.

User Limits

You can add unlimited users to your account.

Important: You are billed only for the number of active licenses, whether assigned or not, not for the number of users in your account.

Phone Number Limits per User

The maximum number of phone numbers per user depends on your plan:

  • Connect: up to 5 numbers per user
  • Advanced: up to 10 numbers per user
  • Max: up to 20 numbers per user

Individual Phone Number Usage

Each Onoff phone number can only be assigned to one user at a time. Sharing is not allowed.

Account Deletion

To permanently delete your Onoff Business account, contact our support team:

They will process your deletion request securely.

Understanding the Platforms

  • Administration Interface (Admin Console)

Access online via https://admin.onoffbusiness.com/

Designed for Owners and Admins to manage users, numbers, statistics, call recordings, roles, and more.

  • Webapp for Users

Allows users to make calls, send SMS, listen to voicemail, and manage communication features.
Works on any computer with a browser.

Using Your Existing Phone Number

You can keep your current number and use it with Onoff, by porting it. The process depends on the type of number:

1. Landline Numbers

  • Contact your current operator to request your RIO.
  • Then get in touch with us at support@onoffbusiness.com. We’ll provide the document you need to complete the porting process.

2. Mobile Numbers

  • You just need your RIO.
  • When assigning the number to a team member, click “Use existing number”.
  • A pop-up will appear for the porting request, where you’ll enter:
  • The number you want to keep
  • The porting date
  • Your RIO

Once submitted, we’ll take care of the rest to ensure your number is successfully transferred to Onoff.

Using Existing Hardware

Onoff Business works with:

  • Your mobile device (iOS or Android)
  • Any computer via the Web app

Note: The Admin Console is web-only and not available on mobile.

Deleted Numbers and Number Changes

  • Recovering deleted numbers: contact support@onoffbusiness.com if needed.
  • Changing your Onoff number for free: Deleting a number doesn’t remove the license. You can assign a new number using the same license at no cost.
  • Number change limits: Up to 5 changes per license, with no time restrictions and no extra charges.
