If you’re switching to another telecom provider and want to keep your Onoff Business number, you can request a port-out. This transfers your number to the new operator. Follow the steps carefully to ensure a smooth transition.
Porting out your number allows you to:
- Transfer your Onoff number to another provider
- Maintain continuity for your business communications
Porting out means transferring your number from Onoff Business to another telecom provider. Once the process is complete, the number is removed from Onoff and is fully managed by the new operator.
Steps to Port Out Your Number
- Contact our support team at support@onoffbusiness.com
- Provide the following details:
- The number you wish to port out
- The name of your new operator
- Our team will guide you through the steps and confirm the port-out with your new provider
What Happens After the Port-Out
- The number is permanently removed from your Onoff account
- All associated communication history (calls, messages, statistics) is lost and cannot be recovered
- The number is no longer visible in the Administration interface.
- Your licence remains active until you manually cancel it
Note : If you no longer need the licence after porting out, remove it from your Billing settings to avoid continued charges.
Important :
- Porting usually takes 2–5 business days
- There is no downtime, the number remains active until the transfer is complete
- Only French numbers are supported for port-out at this time
