Port a number out of Onoff Business

If you switch operators, you can transfer your Onoff Business number to your new operator. This is called porting out. Once the transfer is complete, the number is fully managed by the new operator.

Eligible numbers

Only French numbers can be ported out at the moment.

Request a port-out

1. Get your number's RIO code: from your Onoff Business number, call 3179. Dial it without the +33 country code and make sure the call goes over the internet.
2. Give this RIO code to your new operator along with the number to transfer. They will handle the port.

Timing

Porting usually takes 2 to 5 business days. The number stays active with Onoff until the transfer is complete, so there is no interruption.

After the transfer

• The number is permanently removed from your Onoff account and no longer appears in the console.
• All related history (calls, messages, statistics) is deleted and cannot be recovered. Export anything you need before porting.
• The license stays active and billed. If you no longer need it, delete it in Manage product > Licenses.
