How you receive your payment link
You will receive an email containing a payment link as soon as your invoice becomes overdue.
Simply open the email and click the link to complete your payment.
Payment links are valid for 24 hours from the time they are issued.
If more than 24 hours have passed and the link has expired, please contact our support team to request a new one:
support@onoffbusiness.com
They will assist you and provide an updated payment link.
How many reminders will I receive?
If a payment is overdue, we send six reminder emails over the course of one month to give you enough time to settle the balance before your subscription is cancelled.
These reminders are designed to help you avoid service interruption and keep your numbers active.
Please note that additional fees may apply if the payment remains unpaid after several reminders.
What Happens If Payment Is Not Made
If no payment is received after the reminder notifications, your subscription will be cancelled automatically.
To avoid service interruption, the best approach is to make sure your registered payment method is:
- Active
- Valid
- Sufficiently funded
Keeping your payment details up to date helps ensure your subscription renews smoothly and your numbers remain active.
