This article outlines the process for changing your licence payment frequency from annual to monthly. While direct switching via the user interface is not currently available, you can request this change at the end of your commitment period. A critical 90-day notice period is required for annual subscriptions.

How to Access Your Contract Details

  1. Log in to the management interface.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Licenses.
  3. Go to the Manage licenses section.
  4. Click the See contract button.

A Contract details pop-up will appear with your subscription information.

Where to Find the Renewal Date

Inside the Contract details window, look for the field labeled:

Auto renew on

This date indicates when your contract is scheduled to renew automatically.

You may also see a notice such as:

  • “89 days before the contract’s end date”

This information shows the required notice period if you plan to modify or cancel your contract.

Check the 90-Day Notice Period

To switch from annual to monthly billing, you must contact support at least 90 days before your Auto renew on date.

To determine your eligibility:

  1. Open your Contract details in the management interface.
  2. Locate the Auto renew on date.
  3. Check whether you are still outside the 90-day notice window.

If you are within the 90-day period, the contract will automatically renew under the annual terms.

Contact Support to Request the Change

Switching from annual to monthly billing cannot be done directly from the interface.

You must:

  • Contact the support team support@onoffbusiness.com
  • Clearly request the change to monthly billing
  • Send your request before the 90-day cutoff

This ensures your request is processed in time for the next renewal cycle.

Best Practices

To avoid unexpected renewals and keep full control over your subscription:

  • Regularly review your Contract details.
  • Keep track of your renewal and notice dates.
  • Respect the 90-day notice period for annual plans.
  • Save a record of your communication with the support team.

Helpful Tips

  • Payment frequency changes require support assistance; they are not available in the user interface.
  • The Auto renew on date and the associated day count are key indicators for planning your switch.
  • Always send your request before the 90-day deadline to avoid automatic annual renewal.

Planning ahead ensures a smooth transition to the billing cycle that best fits your needs.
