An annual subscription cannot switch to monthly during the commitment period. You can switch at the end of the commitment, provided you ask at least 90 days before the renewal date. It cannot be done from the console.
Step 1: Find your renewal date
- In the console, click Licenses in the left menu.
- In the Manage licenses section, click See contract.
- Find the Auto renew on field.
The window also shows how many days are left before the notice deadline.
Step 2: Send your request in time
More than 90 days before the renewal date, the account Owner emails support@onoffbusiness.com (or their Account Manager) to request monthly billing.

| Less than 90 days before renewal | Your contract renews automatically for one year on the same terms. |
