If your subscription was suspended due to an unpaid invoice,the reactivation process depends on whether your subscription is still active or has already been cancelled. Follow the steps below based on your situation.
If your subscription has not been cancelled yet
You can reactivate your account simply by paying the outstanding invoice.
How to reactivate
- Open the payment link you received by email.
- Complete the payment to restore your subscription.
If you cannot find the email:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Contact support to request a new payment link:
support@onoffbusiness.com
Once the payment is confirmed, your services will resume automatically.
If your subscription was cancelled
If your cancellation has already been processed, the payment link will no longer reactivate your subscription.
You have to create a new subscription
Step 1: Check and Update Your Payment Method
- Go to the management interface.
- Verify your current payment method.
- If your card is inactive, unfunded, or expired, update it with valid bank details.
Make sure your payment method is active before adding new licenses.
Step 2: Add New Licenses
- Return to the Home page.
- Click Licenses in the left-hand menu.
- Add the number of licenses you want on your account.
- Confirm the subscription.
Important: New Billing Cycle
When you subscribe to new licenses, your billing cycle resets.
Example:
- If you purchase licenses on February 12, your new billing date becomes the 12th of each month.
- The payment will cover the period from February 12 to March 12.
Step 3: Recover Deleted Numbers
After your licenses are active again, you can request the restoration of previously deleted numbers.

The support team will review availability and confirm if your numbers can be restored.
