Annual Subscriptions
Key Rules for Annual Subscriptions
- Annual contracts cannot be canceled directly from the interface.
- You must request cancellation at least 90 days before the renewal date.
- The contract will end on the renewal date.

How to Request Cancellation
- Contact the support team. support@onoffbusiness.com or your Onoff account manager
- Clearly request the cancellation of your annual subscription.
- Make sure your request is sent before the 90-day cutoff.
Support will confirm the cancellation and provide the contract end date.
Monthly Subscription
Monthly Cancellation Without an Account Manager
If you are on a monthly Onoff Business plan and do not have a dedicated account manager, you can cancel your subscription directly from the management interface at any time.
How cancellation works
- You can cancel your subscription whenever you choose.
- Cancellation is done by reducing the number of licenses to 0.
- Once the license count reaches 0, the subscription ends immediately.
- There is no refund for the current paid month.
Steps to cancel
- Log in to the management interface.
- Go to Licenses.
- Adjust your license count to 0.
- Confirm the change.
Your subscription will end as soon as the license count reaches zero.
Monthly Cancellation With an Account Manager
If you have a dedicated Onoff account manager, the cancellation should be handled through them.
What to do
- Send an email to your account manager.
- Clearly state your cancellation request.
Your account manager will take care of the process and confirm the effective end date of your subscription.
