No — you will not be automatically billed for extra minutes or SMS beyond your plan’s limit.
Each Onoff Business plan includes a specific amount of minutes and SMS. Here’s what happens when you reach that limit:
What happens if I exceed my plan’s calling limit?
- Once you reach your limit, you cannot make additional calls.
- You are not billed automatically for any extra usage.
- To continue calling, you simply need to buy Global Credits.
Work around: Global credits
Global Credits act as a prepaid balance.
Any extra minutes or SMS outside your plan will be deducted from your Global Credits.
- If you have credits → you can continue calling or sending SMS.
- If you don’t have credits → no extra cost is added, but your calls will be blocked until you top up again.
- They can also be used for international calls that may not be included within your plan
Important
If you want to avoid interruptions, make sure you have enough Global Credits available.
When you subscribe to global credit, this generates a separate invoice from your subscription.
