Each license includes a monthly volume of minutes and SMS, depending on your plan. If you go over it, you are never billed automatically: extra usage is paid with prepaid credits.

Each Onoff number uses one license, so the volume applies number by number.
What happens when you reach the limit
| Situation | Result |
|---|---|
| You have credits | You keep calling and texting. Usage is deducted from your credits. |
| You have no credits | Calls and SMS beyond your plan are blocked until you top up. No charges are added. |
Credits also cover international calls and special numbers not included in your plan.
Avoid interruptions
- Keep enough credits in your balance. Only the account Owner can buy them, in Manage product > Credits.
- If your team regularly goes over its volume, a higher plan may be a better fit: see "Upgrade your plan".
Each credit purchase is invoiced separately from your subscription.
