How to upgrade your Onoff Business plan

Need more features, flexibility, or usage? You can upgrade your Onoff Business plan anytime — whether you're on Connect or Advanced. Upgrading unlocks more powerful tools like call whispering, larger usage packages, and more.

Why upgrade?

Upgrading gives your entire team immediate access to the features of a higher-tier plan:

  • More numbers per user
  • Larger monthly calling and SMS packages
  • Advanced tools like call recording or call whispering (Max only)

How to upgrade

How to Change Your Plan

  1. Log in to the management interface.
  2. Click your first name in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Company Settings.
  4. In the left-hand menu, open OverviewSubscription.
  5. Locate your current plan.
  6. Click the three-dot menu to the right of the plan.
  7. Select Change Plan.
  8. Confirm payment

Your account will be upgraded immediately after payment is completed.

💳 How billing works

  • The billing frequency (monthly or yearly) remains the same
  • You pay a prorated amount based on how much time is left in your current plan
  • Future renewals will continue on your regular billing date

Example: You upgrade from Advanced to Max on April 15th. Your renewal is on January 1st. You’ll pay a prorated amount for April–January and start using Max right away.

  • The upgrade applies to your entire account — not just individual users

  • You can preview Max or Advanced features even before upgrading
