If you don’t already have any contract:
Access Licence Management
Navigate to the 'Licences' section from your manager interface menu. You will see an overview of your current licence status, typically showing 0 available and 0 assigned licences if you don't have an active contract.
Initiate Licence Purchase
Click on the 'Purchase licences' button to begin selecting new licences for your team.
Set Annual Terms
On the 'Set your commitment and payment terms' page, select '12 months' for the 'Commitment period' (which often includes a discount like 10%) and 'Pay all upfront' for the 'Payment frequency'.
Agree to Terms and Continue
Check the box confirming you agree to the contract and billing terms, then click 'I agree and continue' to finalize your selection and proceed with the purchase.

Before you proceed with your purchase, if you selected the wrong commitment, you can still change your selection and go back to the contract choice page if needed. Click on "Click here" from the yellow container.
If you already have a contract:
Navigate
From the left-hand navigation menu in your console, go to the 'Licences' section under 'Manage products'.
Locate
Scroll down the 'Manage licences' page to find the 'Contract details' section at the bottom.
Initiate
Click the 'Commit and get up to 10%' button (the displayed percentage may vary based on your current plan) within the 'Contract details' section.
Choose
In the new window, select your desired annual commitment period from the 'Commitment period' dropdown, for example, '12 months'.
Select
Choose your preferred 'Payment frequency', such as 'Pay all upfront', from the respective dropdown.
Agree
Check the box to agree to the contract and billing terms.
Confirm
Click the 'I agree and continue' button to finalize your new annual contract.
