Switch to annual billing

You can move your licenses to a 12-month commitment. Only the account Owner can sign up for a commitment.

Before you start

• The commitment applies to all your licenses, current and future, until the end of the period.
• During the commitment, you cannot go back to monthly billing or downgrade your plan.

You already have monthly licenses

1. In the console, go to Manage products > Licenses.
2. At the bottom of the page, in Contract details, click the Commit button.
3. Choose the Commitment period (12 months) and the Payment frequency (for example Pay all upfront).
4. Tick the box to accept the terms, then click I agree and continue.

The change is immediate. The unused part of your current monthly period is refunded.

You don't have licenses yet

1. In the console, go to Licenses and click Purchase licenses.
2. On the terms page, choose 12 months for the commitment period and your payment frequency.
3. Tick the box to accept, then click I agree and continue and complete the purchase.

Wrong choice? Before completing the purchase, click Click here in the yellow box to go back to the commitment choice.

Good to know

• Annual pricing for each plan is shown on the plans page.
• To leave the commitment, see "Switch from annual to monthly billing": the request must be made at least 90 days before renewal.
