How to Update Your Billing Details and Address in OnOff Business

This article guides OnOff Business users through the process of accessing and updating their billing information, including the billing email, company details, VAT, country, and physical billing address. Keeping your billing details current ensures accurate invoicing and smooth financial operations for your business.

Access

Log in to your OnOff Business account to access the manager interface

Navigate

Click on your user name (e.g., 'John') in the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the dropdown menu. Select ''Company settings'.

Go to

From the left-hand navigation menu, under 'Company settings,' click on 'Billing address.'

Edit

Locate the billing detail fields you wish to change, such as 'Billing email,' 'Company,' 'VAT,' 'Country,' 'Billing address,' 'City,' or 'Postcode.'

Update

Enter or select the new details in the respective input fields. For the billing address, type in the full street address, city, and postcode.

Save

Click the 'Save billing details' button at the bottom right of the form to apply your updates.

Note: Our system automatically detects your IP address and applies the detected country.

  • Always double-check all billing information for accuracy before saving to prevent invoicing errors.
  • Keep your billing email updated to ensure timely receipt of invoices and important account notifications.
  • Ensure your VAT number (if applicable) is correctly entered to comply with local tax regulations.

  • The 'VAT' field is optional, as indicated on the form, depending on your company's tax status.
  • You can clear the 'Billing address' field by clicking the 'x' icon next to it if you need to re-enter a new address completely.
  • After saving, you might want to refresh the page or navigate away and back to the billing address section to confirm the changes have been applied successfully.
