How do I change the bank details registered on my account? (SEPA)

If you need to update the bank details linked to your Onoff Business account, please note that an existing SEPA IBAN cannot be edited directly from the management interface. Instead, the current SEPA mandate must be replaced with a new one.

Important

SEPA direct debit is not activated by default on Onoff Business accounts.

If you would like to:

  • Enable SEPA payments, or
  • Replace your current SEPA mandate

Please contact the support team:

support@onoffbusiness.com

They will guide you through the process and confirm once your new bank details are active.

How to update your SEPA bank details

  1. Once SEPA is activated on your account:
  2. Log in to the management interface.
  3. Click your first name in the top-right corner.
  4. Select Company Settings.
    In the left-hand menu, select Payment Method.
  5. Add a new SEPA mandate
    Go to your payment settings and register the new SEPA IBAN you wish to use.
  6. Delete the old SEPA mandate
    After the new mandate is active, remove the previous one.
    (Editing an existing SEPA IBAN is not possible.)

Your future payments will then be collected from the updated bank account.
