Add a license mid-period

The account Owner can add a license at any time, on monthly or annual billing. You only pay for the part of the period that is left.

How the license is billed

1. When you add it: you immediately pay a pro-rata amount based on the days left until your next renewal date.
2. At the next renewal: the license is billed at full price, together with your other licenses, on your regular invoice.

Example

Your monthly subscription renews on the 1st. You add a license on the 16th, halfway through the month. That day you pay about 50% of the license's monthly price. On the 1st of the next month, it is billed at full price.

The same principle applies to an annual subscription: the pro-rata amount is based on the days left in your subscription year.
