Expired or suspended numbers

If your numbers show as expired in the app, or you can no longer make calls, the cause is almost always a failed payment.

What happens when a payment fails

  1. You receive several reminder emails from hello@onoffbusiness.com.
  2. You have 7 days to settle it.
  3. After that, your numbers are suspended (shown as expired), then the subscription is canceled and the numbers disappear from the account.

Settle the situation

The account Owner can:

  • check in the console that the saved card is valid, not expired, not blocked and has sufficient funds;
  • update the payment method if needed;
  • request a secure payment link from support@onoffbusiness.com to pay the overdue invoice.

Once payment is confirmed, the subscription is reactivated and your numbers are restored.

You no longer see any numbers

The subscription was canceled at the end of the suspension period. Pay the outstanding invoice, then email support@onoffbusiness.com to reactivate the subscription.

You can't make calls, but your numbers are active

  • Check that the number dialed is correct and reachable.
  • Check your usage: usage beyond the terms of use may lead to a restriction (see our terms of use).
  • For a destination not included in your plan, check your credit balance.
