Headset, microphone, speaker or Bluetooth earbuds: when set up properly, they ensure clear sound during your Onoff Business calls.
1. Connect the accessory
- Bluetooth: charge and turn on the accessory, put it in pairing mode, then in your device's Settings > Bluetooth, select it and wait for "Connected".
- Wired (USB, USB-C, Lightning, jack): plug it in and wait a few seconds. An adapter or driver may be needed on a computer.
2. Allow access
- Mobile app: allow access to the microphone, phone and Bluetooth.
- Web app: allow the microphone in the site settings in Chrome.
3. Choose the accessory for calls
Select the accessory as input (microphone) and output (sound) in your device's audio settings, or in the app's audio settings.
