If you are not receiving Onoff notifications on your iOS device, follow these steps to fix the issue:
1. Reinstall the app
- Delete the Onoff app from your iPhone.
- Reinstall it from the App Store.
This resets the app’s notification settings.
2. Check your iOS notification settings
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Go to Notifications.
- Select Onoff.
- Enable all permissions, including:
- Allow Notifications
- Sounds
- Badges
- Banners (recommended style: Temporary)
- Make sure Mobile Data is enabled as well.
3. Check “Do Not Disturb” mode
Ensure that:
- Do Not Disturb is turned off,
- or that Onoff is allowed to send notifications when this mode is active.
