I’m having notification issues on my iPhone: what should I do?

If you are not receiving Onoff notifications on your iOS device, follow these steps to fix the issue:

1. Reinstall the app

1. Delete the Onoff app from your iPhone.
   
2. Reinstall it from the App Store.
   

This resets the app’s notification settings.

2. Check your iOS notification settings

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
   
2. Go to Notifications.
   
3. Select Onoff.
   
4. Enable all permissions, including:
   

• Allow Notifications
  
• Sounds
  
• Badges
  
• Banners (recommended style: Temporary)
  

1. Make sure Mobile Data is enabled as well.
   

3. Check “Do Not Disturb” mode

Ensure that:

• Do Not Disturb is turned off,
  
• or that Onoff is allowed to send notifications when this mode is active.
