How to send the error report (logs) for your Onoff number

On iOS

  1. Open the Onoff app.
  2. Tap the left side menu .
  3. Go to My Account.
  4. Tap Help & Support.
  5. Select Send application logs

On Android

(Menus may vary depending on your device.)

  1. Open the Onoff app.
  2. Tap the left side menu .
  3. Go to My Account.
  4. Tap Help & Support.
  5. Select Send application logs 📧.
