Accessing Your Onoff Business Tools

If you’re having trouble logging in to your Onoff Business tools, you can use the direct links below. This guide explains how to access the mobile app, web app, and administration interface.

Logging In to the Mobile App

To access Onoff Business from your smartphone:

  1. Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  2. In the search bar, type Onoff Business.
  3. Make sure you download Onoff Business, not Onoff Classic.
  4. Once the app is installed, open it.
  5. Enter your user email address and the temporary password you received by email.

If you cannot find the email:

  • Click Forgot password to receive a new one.
  • Check your spam or junk folder.

Accessing the Web App

The web app allows you to make and receive calls and send messages directly from your computer.

Use the direct link below:
https://phone.onoffbusiness.com/

To log in:

  1. Enter your user email address.
  2. Enter your password.

Important security note

After three incorrect password attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 48 hours.

Using the Administration Interface

The administration interface is your online hub for managing your Onoff Business account.

Access it here:
https://business.onoff.app/fr/

Log in using your email address and password.

You can also access the admin interface directly from the web app:

  1. Click My Account on the right side.
  2. Select Access admin interface.

User Roles and Access Levels

Your permissions depend on your assigned role.

Role Access level
Owner Full control, including billing
Admin Almost full control, except billing
User Can manage only their own profile and assigned numbers

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you cannot log in:

  • Make sure you’re using the correct email address.
  • Reset your password if needed.
  • Check your spam folder for password emails.
