If you reinstalled the Onoff Business app and your number or message history has disappeared, follow the steps below:
1. Check the email address used to log in
Make sure you are using the same email address linked to your Onoff Business account.
➡️ If you sign in with a different email, your numbers and history will not appear.
2. Make sure you are using the Onoff Business app
There are two different apps:
- Onoff (not business version)
- Onoff Business
Your business numbers will only appear in Onoff Business.
3. You see your number, but not your history?
If your number appears but your call/SMS history is missing, this may be caused by a sync issue after reinstallation.
Try the following:
- Open the app.
- Tap the left menu (☰).
- Log out of the application.
- Delete the app once again.
- Reinstall it from the Store.
- Log in using the same email linked to your Business account.
This usually resolves any sync errors caused during the initial reinstall.
