Calls to some Belgian, Swiss or Monegasque numbers

Some numbers in Belgium, Switzerland or Monaco may be unreachable from Onoff Business. This isn't an issue with your app: these are rules set by some operators in those countries.

Why

• Some operators block calls from VoIP numbers such as Onoff numbers.
• Others charge very high rates for these calls. These numbers are then not covered by your plan and may require credits.

These rates change often, sometimes every month. A number reachable one month may be blocked the next, and vice versa.

What to do

Email support@onoffbusiness.com with the number you can't reach. We check its status, tell you whether it can be called with credits, and can contact the operator. We can't guarantee it will be unblocked: the decision lies with the foreign operator.
