If you receive an error message when trying to add a bank card in your Onoff Business management interface, several possible causes should be checked.
1. Check your browser
Some settings or extensions may block the payment module.
Make sure that:
- no adblocker,
- no antivirus,
- no security extension is blocking the card entry form.
Try again in private browsing or using another browser.
2. Try another connection
Corporate networks or VPNs can block secure payment pages.
Try:
- disabling your VPN,
- or using another network (personal WiFi, 4G…).
3. Check your bank card limitations
If the issue does not come from your browser, it may be related to your bank card.
Some cards may have:
- daily or weekly payment limits,
- restrictions on online transactions,
- insufficient available funds,
- enhanced security (3D Secure, app validation),
- temporary restrictions applied by your bank.
In this case, contact your bank to verify and adjust your payment permissions.
