I am having difficulties with an Onoff user - legal complaint
If you face a difficult situation with an Onoff user for example you have been spam, or you believe that you are a victim of fraud or you believe or presumed you have been harassed or you are being under such situation, then we recommend you to:
1 - Please check with the Arcep website is the number actually belong to an Onoff User number: with portability rules, the user might have ported out his number to a third operator
2 - If you believe that you have been hacked or victim of a fraud, please contact your bank immediately
3 - Contact the nearest police office and file a legal complaint. Nowadays it is easy to file an online complaint
4 - If you feel uncomfortable with option 2 and 3 you may also contact a lawyer
5 - Ultimately and in the meantime you may contact if you have undoubtful evidence about the fact that an Onoff user has committed a criminal offense of which you are an alleged victim of.
