If you receive spam, or believe you're the victim of fraud or harassment from an Onoff number, follow these steps.
- Check the number's operator on the ARCEP website (French telecom regulator). An Onoff number may have been ported to another operator.
- In case of fraud or hacking, contact your bank immediately.
- File a complaint with the nearest police station, or online.
- If you prefer, get help from a lawyer.
- As a last resort, if you have indisputable evidence that an Onoff user committed an offense of which you are a victim, contact us at support@onoffbusiness.com.
Onoff Telecom only discloses information about its users to the competent authorities, upon a court order. That's why filing a complaint is the most effective step.
