Synchronize contacts and directory

To ensure your phone contacts are correctly synced with the Onoff Business app, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Grant Access to Your Phone Contacts

  1. Open the Onoff Business app.
  2. Go to Settings (Android) Account (Iphone) and navigate to:
  • Application parameters
  • Sync contacts
  1. If you want to enable contact synchronization, simply activate the toggle switch to the right of the Sync contacts line.
  2. An Onoff information page explains how synchronization activation works. Click Agree
  3. You will be redirected to your device’s system settings.
  4. Grant full access to your phone contacts.

You can also enable contact access directly from in in-app toast notification prompt, if shown

Step 2: Sync Your Contacts

  1. After granting access (or if access was already enabled), return to the Contact Settings screen.
  2. Tap Syncing Settings.
  3. Select Sync Contacts and confirm.

What Happens Next

  • All contacts from your phone’s address book will appear in the Onoff Business app.
  • Any future changes made to your phone’s contacts or inside of Onoff Business app will automatically stay in sync.
