Log in to the app, enabling Permissions and Notifications

When you install and log in to the app for the first time, you will be asked to grant several permissions. These permissions are essential for the app to function properly.

Required Permissions

1. Notifications
   Needed to deliver calls, messages, and important alerts.
   
2. Phonebook (Contacts) (Optionnal)
   Required to display your contacts within the application.
   
3. Microphone
   Necessary for making calls, sending voice messages, and recording greetings.
   

After you proceed from the introductory screen, the app will request these permissions one by one. Please ensure you allow permission to guarantee full functionality.

Managing Permissions Later

You can update your permission settings at any time through your device settings:
Phone Settings > Applications > Onoff Business

Alternatively, you can access this via the app:
IOS: Account > Account > Account Settings > Preferences
Android: Settings > Account Settings > Preferences
