How to Send a Text Message From the Mobile App

You can send messages using your Onoff Business app by starting a new conversation or replying from an existing thread.

1. Open the Messages Tab

• Open the Onoff Business app.
  
• Tap Messages in the bottom navigation bar to access your conversations.
  

2. Start a New Message

• Tap the New Message icon in the top-right corner (IOS) bottom right (android)
  
• Select a contact by typing their name or enter a phone number manually.
• Enter your message at the bottom of the screen.
  
• Tap Send to deliver it instantly.
• Or you can also send a delayed message by clicking on the small clock icon.

3. Send a Message from an Existing Thread

• In the Messages tab, tap any existing conversation.
• Type your message in the input field and tap Send.
• This is the fastest way to continue an ongoing exchange.
  

4. Sending a Group Message

Onoff Business allows you to send a group message to up to 20 recipients at the same time. This is useful for quick announcements, updates, or coordinated communication with your team or clients.

Tap the New Message icon:

  • Bottom-right corner on Android
    

1. Select all the contacts you want to include.
   
2. Enter your message at the bottom of the screen.
   
3. Tap Send to deliver it instantly.
   

Each recipient will receive the message individually, ensuring a clear and private conversation thread.

Tips

• You can start multiple conversations anytime using the New Message button.
  
• All sent and received messages appear as individual threads in the Messages tab.
