How to Forward Your Calls

You can forward incoming calls from your Onoff Business number to any contact or phone number.

Steps

1. Open the app and tap the menu (☰) icon in the top-left corner.
   
2. Select the phone number for which you want to enable call forwarding.
3. Click on Number settings under the relevant number.
   
4. Tap Call Forwarding and enable the toggle.
   
5. Choose the contact or phone number you want to forward your calls to.
   
6. Select which calls to forward:
   

• All calls
  
• Only missed calls
  

Once activated, your selected calls will be forwarded to the chosen contact or number.

How to Stop Call Forwarding

You can disable call forwarding at any time by switching off the Call Forwarding toggle.

Additional Information

The last contact or number used for call forwarding is saved in the app, so you can quickly enable it again when needed.
