How to set up a voicemail

Voicemail is enabled by default and comes with a standard greeting. You can customize your voicemail settings, change the greeting language, or record your own personalized greeting.

How to Access Voicemail Settings

1. Open the app and tap the Voicemail tab (the third icon in the bottom menu).
2. If you have multiple Onoff numbers, select the desired Onoff number.
   
3. Tap the microphone icon in the top-right corner to open your voicemail preferences.
   

Available Voicemail Options

• Enable or Disable Voicemail
  Use the toggle at the top of the screen to turn your voicemail on or off.
  
• Default Voicemail
  
• Listen to the default greetings.
  
• Change the voicemail language if needed.
  
• Custom Greetings
  
• Tap the Custom Greetings section to record your own personalized voicemail .
  
• Once recorded, you can select your custom voicemail as your active voicemail greeting.
  

You can easily switch between the default greeting and any custom greeting you have recorded.

Voicemail customization is currently available only in the mobile app.

If you’re using the web app, please note that:

• Custom voicemail greetings cannot be set from the web interface yet.
  
• Only the default voicemail message is available on the web app.
  

Voicemail customization will be available on the web app in a future update. In the meantime, you can use the mobile app to personalize your voicemail settings.
