Voicemail is on by default, with a standard greeting. From the mobile app, you can turn it off, change the standard greeting's language or record your own greeting.
Open voicemail settings
- In the app, tap the Voicemail tab (3rd icon in the bottom menu).
- If you have several numbers, select the number.
- Tap the microphone icon in the top right corner.
What you can set
| Setting | How |
|---|---|
| Turn voicemail on or off | Toggle at the top of the screen |
| Standard greeting language | Listen to the default greeting and change its language |
| Custom greeting | Tap Custom greetings, record your greeting, then select it as the active one |
You can switch back to the standard greeting at any time.
In the web app
Voicemail can only be customized from the mobile app. The web app uses the standard greeting only.
Not to be confused with
Your voicemail greeting is different from the greetings set up by the Admin in the console, which apply to company numbers.
