How to change language

Changing Your Language Settings

Users can manage their language preferences directly from the app. To update these settings, navigate to:

Android: (☰) → Settings → Application settings → Language

IOS : (☰) → Account → Account → Application settings → Language

Webapp: Your name on the top right → Preferences → Language

Application Language

• The application language is determined automatically based on the device’s system language.
  
• If the device language is not supported, the app will default to English.
  
• To change the application language, the user will be redirected to the device’s native settings to adjust the system language accordingly.
  

Communication Language

This setting defines the language used for all emails, sms, notifications, and informational messages sent to the user.

• Users can manually change their preferred communication language.
  
• Available options: French (FR) and English (EN).
