Scheduling Your Onoff Number

The scheduling feature allows you to automatically activate or deactivate your Onoff number based on a custom timetable. It’s a simple way to control when you receive calls and messages, helping you maintain better availability management and work-life balance.

This feature is currently available only on the mobile application.

How to Access the Scheduling Settings

  1. Open the Onoff mobile app.
  2. Tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner.
  3. Tap Options under your number.
  4. Go to Number settings.
  5. Open the On/Off Scheduling section.
  6. Set your preferred schedule according to your needs.

You can customize activation times for each day, depending on your availability.



🧑‍💼 Work-Life Balance

Use case: Turn off your number after work hours (e.g., 6 PM) and weekends
Why: Avoid calls and messages outside working hours, but get notified when you’re back online.

🕒 Shift Work

Use case: Set your number to match rotating or part-time shifts
Why: Ensure calls only come in during your working hours.

🎨 Focused Work Time

Use case: Receive calls only in the morning (e.g., 9 AM–12 PM)
Why: Stay focused during creative or deep work hours.

☎️ Multiple Numbers

Use case: Set different schedules for Sales and Support lines
Why: Customize availability based on team roles or responsibilities.

📵 Weekend Off

Use case: Keep your number off on Saturdays and Sundays
Why: Avoid interruptions on personal days.

🌴 Time Off or Vacation

Use case: Turn off your number while on leave and resume automatically
Why: Stay unplugged without missing anything when you're back.

🌙 Silent Evenings

Use case: Turn off calls at night, review messages the next morning
Why: Reduce after-hours disruptions while staying informed.
