On/Off mode lets you make your Onoff Business number unavailable whenever you want, manually or on a schedule. It is how you keep work and personal time apart.
What Off mode does
- You no longer receive calls or messages on that number.
- Callers are sent to your voicemail.
- When you switch back on, you are notified of missed calls and messages.
- You can turn off the whole number, or only calls, or only messages.
- The mode applies to all your devices at once.
This is not the same as your phone's "Do not disturb" mode, which also silences your other apps.
Switch On or Off manually
Open the menu (☰) and use the toggle next to the number.
Schedule On/Off mode
Scheduling is set up from the mobile app, number by number.
- Open the menu (☰) and tap Options under your number.
- Tap Number settings > On/Off scheduling.
- Tap My schedule and set your hours for each day of the week.
- Turn on Scheduling mode at the top of the screen.
During the hours you set, your number is active. Outside them, it switches to Off automatically, then back on at the next scheduled time.
You can turn scheduling off at any time with the Scheduling mode toggle: your schedule is kept for later.
