Block a number or contact (web app)

A blocked number can no longer call or message you. In the web app, you can block a number from your history or a whole contact from your contact list.

Block a number

1. Open the Calls, Messages or Voicemails tab.
2. Select the call or conversation.
3. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner.
4. Choose Block number.

Block a contact

1. Open the Contacts tab and select the contact.
2. Click the three dots (⋮).
3. Choose Block contact.

View and unblock your blocked numbers

• From your settings: Account settings > Blocked numbers, then Unblock next to the number.
• From history or the contact: open the call, message or contact again, click the three dots (⋮) then Unblock.
