The Onoff Business × Modjo integration helps you enhance call analytics by automatically sending your Onoff Business call recordings to Modjo. Using Modjo’s AI-powered analysis, coaching tools, and performance dashboards, your team can gain actionable insights and optimize performance.

This integration is available on Onoff Business Advanced and Max plans and works automatically in the background after installation.

Overview: What the Modjo Integration Does

Once connected, the integration:

  • Automatically imports call recordings from Onoff Business into Modjo
  • Associates each call with the user, timestamp, and call duration
  • Allows AI analysis, call scoring, coaching, and team performance tracking
  • Lets you control which Onoff numbers are included
  • Supports rules such as minimum call duration before sending to Modjo

Note:

  • Voicemails are not imported
  • Very short calls (based on your configuration) are excluded

Prerequisites

Before installing the integration, ensure you have:

  • Admin rights in both Onoff Business and Modjo
  • Call Recording enabled in Onoff Business
  • A Modjo Public API Key

Connecting Onoff Business to Modjo

Step 1: Generate Your Modjo API Key

  1. Log in to your Modjo account
  2. Open Integrations & API on the main page → API → Public API
  3. Click Create API Key
  4. Name the key “Onoff Business”
  5. Click Generate API Key and copy it

Step 2: Install the Integration in Onoff

  1. Log in to your Administration interface on Onoff
    Open Integrations & API on the main page → Modjo
  2. Paste the API Key
  3. Click Integrate

Your integration is now connected.

Configuring the Modjo Integration in Onoff

After installation, open the Settings tab in the Modjo integration card.

Manage Users

  • Choose which Onoff numbers send call recordings to Modjo
  • Click Manage, select/deselect users, and save
  • Optionally, automatically include newly created or reassigned numbers via the Integrate new numbers automatically toggle

Minimum Call Duration

  • Only calls longer than this threshold are sent to Modjo
  • Options: 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, etc.
  • Your Modjo account must match or have a shorter minimum duration
  • Calls under 30 seconds are always excluded

Note : If you need to update the Modjo-side minimum duration, contact your Modjo representative.

Fallback Email Address

If an Onoff user’s email cannot be matched to Modjo, logs are sent to this fallback address

Useful for:

  • Users without Modjo accounts
  • Ensuring calls are reviewed even without a match

Timezone : All call recordings are sent using the selected timezone in Onoff account settings.

What Call Data Is Sent to Modjo

Each imported call includes:

  • User name & email
  • Call timestamp
  • Call duration
  • Contact number
  • Call recording file
  • Call type (inbound/outbound)
  • Call tags

Call Tags:

  • Tags assigned during the call and up to 5 minutes after the call ends are included
  • Changes made after 5 minutes are not sent

Not Imported:

  • Voicemails
  • Calls under 30 seconds
  • Calls from users not selected in the integration

Timing: Call imports usually take up to 10 minutes after the call ends

Best Practices

  • Give the API Key a clear name like “Onoff Business” for clarity
  • Ensure all integrated users exist in both Onoff & Modjo with matching emails
  • Adjust minimum call duration to avoid importing very short internal calls
  • Use a fallback email to prevent missing call imports
  • Call imports may take up to 10 minutes, this is normal

You’re all set! Make a call, wait a few minutes, and your recording will appear automatically in Modjo.
