The Modjo integration automatically sends your Onoff call recordings to Modjo, so you can analyze them and coach your team with its tools.

Before you start

  • Plan: Advanced or Max.
  • Rights: Owner or Admin in Onoff, admin in Modjo.
  • Call recording turned on in Onoff for the members involved.
  • A Modjo public API key.

Connect Modjo

  1. In Modjo, open the public API settings (API > Public API), click Create API Key, name the key "Onoff Business", then generate and copy it.
  2. In the Onoff console, open Integrations & API > Modjo.
  3. Paste the key and click Integrate.

Configure the integration

In the Modjo integration's Settings tab:

SettingEffect
ManageChoose which numbers' recordings are sent. The Integrate new numbers automatically option adds new or reassigned numbers.
Minimum call durationOnly calls longer than this threshold (30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes…) are sent. The threshold set in Modjo must be the same or shorter; to change it on the Modjo side, contact your Modjo representative.
Fallback email addressReceives calls from a member whose email doesn't exist in Modjo.

Calls are timestamped using the time zone chosen in the Onoff account settings.

What is sent to Modjo

For each call: member name and email, date and time, duration, contact number, recording file, direction (inbound or outbound) and tags (added during the call or within 5 minutes after).

Not sent: voicemails, calls under 30 seconds and calls from numbers not selected.

A call appears in Modjo up to 10 minutes after it ends.

Best practices

  • Use the same email address for each member in Onoff and Modjo.
  • Set a minimum duration to avoid sending very short internal calls.
  • Enter a fallback address so no call is lost.
