Before your numbers and licenses can be activated, Onoff Business needs to verify your company's identity. This is a regulatory requirement for every telecom operator. Here are the documents to prepare.

The two required documents

  • A company registration document issued within the last 3 months (in France: K-BIS extract).
  • A valid ID for the legal representative: passport, national ID card or driver's license.

Accepted formats: PDF, JPEG or PNG, 10 MB maximum per file.

Avoiding a rejection

  • The document is readable and fully visible, with no cropped corners.
  • The details match the company and the person entered at sign-up.
  • The registration document is less than 3 months old.

Self-employed in France (auto-entrepreneur)

Provide your INSEE registration extract (SIRENE status notice). URSSAF documents are not accepted.

Companies outside France

Provide the local equivalent of the French K-BIS extract:
