Each Onoff Business account can have only one plan.
You’ll need to choose one of the available plans for your entire account.
Currently, there are 3 plans to choose from:
- Connect
- Advanced
- Max
The plan you select applies to your entire account.
It’s not possible to mix different plans for different teams within the same account.
Note:
If some teams need a different plan — say Connect for one group and Max for another — you’ll need to create a separate Onoff Business account for that second plan.
Why is there one plan per account?
Having a single plan per account helps:
- Keep billing and license management clear
- Ensure consistent limits and features for all users in the account
- Make administration simpler for your organization
