One plan per account

Each Onoff Business account has a single plan, which applies to every user and license on the account. You cannot combine several plans in one account.

Available plans

• Connect: entry-level plan;
• Advanced: mid-tier plan;
• Max: premium plan.

Why one plan per account

• Billing and license management stay simple.
• All users get the same features and limits.

Teams with different needs

If one team needs Connect and another needs Max, for example, create a separate Onoff Business account for each plan.

You can also change plans at any time from the console, for the whole account.
