Each license includes a number and a monthly volume of calls and SMS/MMS, depending on your plan. Included volumes are always used first. Beyond them, usage continues automatically with your credits.

Volumes reset each billing cycle. They are not pooled across licenses.
A message sent to several recipients counts as one SMS per recipient. A long message may count as several SMS.
National and Europe: what they mean
- National: to your Onoff number's country. With a French number, that means calls and SMS to French numbers.
- Europe: to eligible European countries (Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, UK…). The full list is on the plans page.
When credits are used
- Beyond included volumes (calls, SMS/MMS, Europe minutes).
- For international destinations not included in your plan.
- For some special or premium-rate numbers.
Credits are deducted at each destination's rate. Without credits, these uses are blocked until you top up. Only the account Owner can buy credits.
