Sending a Group Message

Onoff allows you to send the same message to multiple recipients at once. This is useful for announcements, reminders, or reaching several customers quickly.

Sending a Group Message (Web App)

You can send a message to up to 20 recipients at the same time.

How it works:

1. Go to Messages
2. Click New message
3. Select the Onoff number you want to send from
4. Add recipients:

• by typing their phone numbers, or
• by selecting them from your contact list

1. Write your message and click Send

Important: This Is Not a Group Chat

Even though you send one message to multiple people, Onoff does not create a group conversation.

• Recipients will receive the message as an individual SMS
• They will not see other recipients
• Each reply will start a separate private conversation with you

This feature works as a bulk send, not a shared group thread.
