MMS (Multimedia Messages)

MMS allows you to send and receive multimedia content such as images, videos, and audio files through Onoff.

Sending an MMS

You can send multimedia files directly from the Web App or mobile apps.

How to send an MMS:

1. Go to Messages
2. Open an existing conversation or start a new one
3. Click the attachment icon
4. Select the file you want to send
   (image, video, or audio file)
5. Click Send

The file will be delivered as an MMS message.

Receiving an MMS

When someone sends you an MMS:

• The message will appear in your conversation thread.
• In some cases, the MMS may be delivered as a link.

If you receive a link:

1. Click the link
2. The multimedia content will open in your browser
3. You can view or play the file there

This method ensures secure delivery of larger media files.

Notes

• Supported file types include images, videos, and audio files.
• MMS availability may depend on the recipient’s carrier and country.
• MMS messages are visible in the Web App and mobile apps.
• MMS content may be delivered as a link instead of a directly embedded file.
