How do I delete a call or message from my history?
Calls and messages can only be deleted directly from the Onoff Web App or mobile apps.
They cannot be deleted from the Business Console (B2B Console).
Deleting a call
To delete a call from your call history:
- Open the Web App
- Go to Calls
- Select the call you want to remove
- Click to open the call details
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner
- Select Delete call
✅ The same action is also available in the mobile apps.
⚠️ Calls cannot be deleted from the B2B Console.
Deleting SMS messages
You can delete either an entire conversation or a single message.
Delete a full SMS conversation
- Open the Web App
- Go to Messages
- Select the conversation you want to delete
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮)
- Choose Delete conversation
Delete an individual SMS message
- Open the message thread
- Hover over the specific message
- Click the arrow/menu in the top-right corner of that message
- Select Delete
